1. When you first get your shoes, please try them on with a pair of running socks indoors. If the shoes are the wrong size then contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. If the size appears OK, then you can take them for a run, preferably on a dry road for a kilometre or so. If they don't feel right we will try to replace them as long as you contact us within 10 days of purchasing the shoes. Running shoes don't need breaking in - they should feel comfortable immediately.

2. If our shoes are faulty we will replace with another pair of same size/model or any other in stock or else we will give a full refund. Please email us a photo first to verify.

3. We can only replace shoes of an incorrect size if we have adequate stock AND if you live in Australia. We will not give refunds for incorrect sizing.

4. Logistics for replacing shoes:
a) Contact us to discuss what you are returning, why and what you need instead.
b) We will send you the replacements with a return paid envelope if you live in Australia.
c) You can send your first pair back via the envelope when you receive the replacements– we want to make it easy for you!
