shipping & return policy

1. Our products are generally shipped within 24hrs of receipt of the order, using registered mail through Australia Post.

2. Loco is a running shoe company that is dedicated to serving runners and the running community. It is therefore very very important to us that runners buying our shoes feel they are getting a superior service to match our superior shoes. We are Loco-crazy about superior service!

3. When you first get your shoes home, try them on with a pair of running socks indoors. If the shoes are the wrong size then contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. If the size appears OK, then you can take them for a run, preferably on a dry road for a few kilometres or so. If they don't feel right we will replace them as long as you contact us within 10 days of purchasing the shoes. Running shoes don't need breaking in - they should feel comfortable immediately. We will replace the shoes due to incorrect fit, faulty shoes, correct fit but you don't like the feel or even if you don't like the colour!

4. Logistics for replacing shoes:
a) contact us to discuss what you are returning, why and what you need instead.
b) If we agree to replace them then we will send you a replacement pair with a return stamped envelope for you to send the first pair back to us. We work on an honesty system.

5. If you're buying your Loco running shoes from a retail shop (or someone other than us directly) you'll be subject to their returns policy, so check with them at the time of purchase.
