Our products are shipped within a week of receipt of the order, using registered mail through Australia Post.

Outside of Sydney - Toowoomba

At running events
We are negotiating with a number of running events to allow us to have a booth where you can touch, feel, try on and purchase our shoes. In return we will help promote & support the event. We hope to make some announcements soon.

At retail shops
Currently Loco shoes are not available in any stores in Australia, except in a few community based regional shops. We feel we can provide you a far more effective product and level of service by the approach of selling through the web anbd through our online newsletter. With our returns policy there is no need to worry about the wrong fitting. We will help you find the right size and model over the phone or via email, and will pay for all returns.

International - USA and New Zealand
For runners outside of Australia, you can directly contact our representatives in USA and New Zealand, for other places we will ship shoes direct from Australia - contact us to discuss logistics.
